Good god these readings are confusing lance.

I'm primarily looking at AFR, O2SensorTrim and the relation is non existant. This screams exhaust leak to me your wideband can show super lean and it suddenly starts pulling fuel which makes ZERO sense. Really if anything despite the really lean readings the o2 sensor is showing you being too rich funny huh?

I think you have the leak in the connection to the downpipe after the o2 pipe. Check your manifold for leaks too while your at it. Once you get the exhaust leaks sorted the o2 sensor should match up way better to the wideband.

If its not leaking I can only imagine the o2 sensor is screwed up in some way and would suggest sticking it in open loop and see what happens.

Tell me about it, kinda just jumps around with the rpms bouncing around. Ill check for exhaust leaks. Funny you mention open/closed loop I was thinking that maybe it was jumping in and out of open/closed loop. I want my idle closed loop and everything else open loop but I might have the open loop load settings a tad too low in the idle area. I am going to try a for sure open loop test and a for sure closed loop to see if there are any changes in behavior

I doubt its open loop the o2 trim shows something really odd when it ends up in open loop which it normally never shows 0.1% trim. When its out of open loop it tends to bounce around a little bit not like yours does.

I'm thinking you've got to run forced open, and see if you still have the issue. I saw the same behaivor and log except my issue was a bad MAF sensor, so I don't think that's your issue since the AirflowHZ all look okay. Does teh issue happen A/C on/off/either?

Well after I got off work I tried a few things. Scanned it to check for pending codes, none at all. Disconnected the 02 then ran it for awhile, cel came on of course but other than that still have the issue although it kinda went backwards like as bad as it was before I cleaned the iacv yesterday. Checked for exhaust leaks and non I can find. Checked both 02 voltage while running and seems insync. front was reading around .7 and rear .5. Switched back to open loop. Still no change, and finally upped the injector scaling some just to see if anything would happen. no change .

Not quite sure with a/c on never paid attention.

Log these, and tell me what they are, and if your A/C is on, and post a pic of your ISCV values for A/C on and off:

<DataListItem DataLog="N" Color="" Display="ISCV Trim AC off" LogReference="ISCVTrim1" RequestID="08" Eval="100*(x-144)/255" Unit="% demand" MetricEval="" MetricUnit="" ResponseBytes="1" GaugeMin="-16" GaugeMax="16" ChartMin="-16" ChartMax="16" ScalingFactor="1" Notes="" Priority="1" Visible="False" />
<DataListItem DataLog="N" Color="" Display="ISCV Trim AC on" LogReference="ISCVTrim2" RequestID="0A" Eval="100*(x-144)/255" Unit="% demand" MetricEval="" MetricUnit="" ResponseBytes="1" GaugeMin="-16" GaugeMax="16" ChartMin="-16" ChartMax="16" ScalingFactor="1" Notes="" Priority="1" Visible="False" />

Ok ill log those and get them up. Too frustrated to deal with this thing atm. After cleaning out that iacv yesterday my car started boosting wierd it takes forever to go from 0-7 then shoots up to 13. Thought I might of had some kind of boost leak but no course it cant be that simple lol so idk wtf is going on there. Maybe something with the bov? Then again with the bottom hose blowing off. Deciding on a break before I permanently deboost this thing.

Here is a couple more idle logs from today, i logged the 02 voltage from both sensors. Should they be more or less insync? cause they definately do not seem insync to me now after looking over the logs. Wondering if I may just need a couple days of running open loop to straighten it out.

Your injector pulse width is very high for idle which is probably why its so rich. Briefly it went to normal in your first log which is what i'm looking at seems like when it did it would be the EGR kicking in.

With the way the car acts it seems generally too much fuel probably small decrease in injector latency around 14 volts would cure most of it. There is definitely something triggering the event of richness I would log other params like EGR, purge solenoid, etc see if you can't draw a conclusion from one of those like if the purge solenoid opens and it suddenly goes super rich I think you'll know what happened

Hrmm ya I see what you mean RS. Went looking through some of my old logs to find some PW to compare and found it was more like 1.1-1.5 vs 2.0+ in these latest logs.

Well I lowered my latencies a bit. Honestly not sure if its helping or not it seems to randomly start the dipping and once it starts it wont stop until I rev the engine then it might start right away or go 5 mins. Think im a little rusty with the evscan too cant find a log parameter for the purge solenoid and hornstar not sure where I need to copy those values into the xml tried a couple spots but no go? Log showed my IPW fluctuating 1.7-2.0 until it starts dipping then it jumps up after the engine start dropping idle
