When i did the evo 8 swap it stretched the hose a little bit causing more of a gap between the manifold and the hose. Nice Alum Rad!!!

I did these just now and it was pitch black out there lol. Basically showing you the closest part to the radiator. Car isnt all the way back together yet still have a few more items to attend to. My poor manifold. You can see where the hose was sitting on the collector. Purely cometic though. Damn Nikon takes too good of pix lol makes all the flaws stick out like a sore thumb.

I Had to flatten out the tabs on the upper mounts since the top mount points on the radiator were just a little off. Probably just due to this being an ebay radiator they didnt quite measure right. All in all very pleased with it. Will probably cut the tabs off all together. Anyone know what our stock radiator cap is rated for pressure?

Ryan was gracious enough to allow me to port his stock manifold that is still at my house then paint it and swap it out with mine so I could give it the proper curing time. Turned out pretty good, swapped it out today before work. Also finished putting everything back together on the car. Have a 12" 1550 cfm slim fan coming friday just for good measure. Started the car and let it idle for like 20-30 mins and at times revving it to like 3K for a minute or so. Fan never kicked on and temp never went above normal

Ok, this cap states to 1.1 bar so basically the same.

I know I've thought about getting one. Its wierd spool up and blow off sounds alot different now. It louder for some reason. I actually thought the recirc hose might have come off but nope. I did change how it connects to the maf pipe a little. Damn I better get to bed its 1230 and have to be in federal way by 9 lol.

Figured I would put up some pics of the engine bay with the radiator in. Also cleaned up the turbo cold side a little and cleaned the banjo bolts for oil/coolant lines

Those coolant lines were pretty covered from coolant slowly dribbling down onto them. Same with the turbo itself and all the bolts. Will probably in the future pull the manifold off and clean up the block underneath it. Dont feel like pulling that rad out again right now though lol.
