and I am at 13psi now
. I can tell you if I stab the throttle anytime above 2500rpms its pretty much a straight shot to 13 within 300-400 rpms
That's the MBC doin it's F*****G job! Hopefully I can get my ecu controlled boost to spike only to 12 or 13 psi max, then increase little by little as torq drops so I can hold a flat line...maybe 16 psi?
Just out of curiosity, what timing are you running WOT at 13psi, as well as what timing do you have just cruising at 70 on a flat road (and what load are you at).
I see something like 2-3 when I stab, then by full 7psi like....5-6 degree and maybe 8-9 if I go all the way to redline,. EGT is like....1400 or so by redline.

Illcsee if I can find a recent log and let you know. I know peak torque at 13 psi im at 1-2 degrees although pretty sure I could go more now that my phantom knock is gone I never get any cel flashes whatsoever unless im trying fast shift. I left my laptop powercord at ryans house last time I was up there so can't log or flash right now lol.

You running the 16g? Second gear goes through the rpms much faster than third so hitting full spool by 4k might be about right for second. I cant even do a pull in second unless im at like 1/2 throttle or less cause I will just break loose and spin. Well thought the rattle went away but nope I can still hear it today I reved it up at idle and could still hear the chatter as the rpms dropped :-/

Ryan came down today for a tuning session. Was having some bad idle dips and stalling issues so we got those straightened out. Still probably need a little more adjusting at idle but getting much better. Anybody running the tial 38mm wg? We found that with his mbc installed it bumps his psi up by like 7 pounds!!! We put the 7 pound spring in and bypassed the mbc we hit 7 psi flat and held. install mbc turned all the way down, instant 14psi. Swapped my mbc in and instant 12 psi. With my 10# spring on my car I hold 10 steady with no mbc. Installed his mbc and went up to 12.
All in all pretty productive day we have a really good start at 7psi no knock. Its pulling pretty good but the timing is dipping way down around peak torque despite my numbers in the map, not sure whats going on there but will have to work on that. We have to find him a nice road like mine up where he lives so he can do runs and continue tuning
. Also found the load was going through the roof causing massive knock count when hitting 14psi even though engine wasnt pulling. As soon as we got it to 7psi started pulling and load dropped from 200+ to about 150 at peak.

idk my map looks fine i mean just tiny jumps i try to make it super smooth and i know thats not the problem. i dont understand how sometimes i can have knock at the same load and rpm and sometimes i dont. or when i take away timing its still there but i have everything on my car tightened down solid. and the knock voltage is random too.... just today i got a random 10 counts at a point where i rarely see any knock. and i keep decreasing my timing and it just pops up anyways. 
in the 50-70 load i see random knock a lot. i had some pretty high timing there and just kept decreasing it now i feel pretty sluggish and still get the random knock but its consistently random :l

I usually do four pulls after a change one after another. If I can't get consistent knock in like 3 of the four logs at whatever load/rpm range I consider it some outside cause. During tuning today we would get 3 runs with maybe a count of 2-3 once in the pull then one of the runs would have like 20 counts!!! Pretty sure either road or someting rattling somwhere causing it.
2 things I'd like to add, first is that I see around 150 at 5-7 psi or whatever, so that's good to see you saw the same and that you added when I go to 10-12 I'll still be under 200 load probably
Second thing is about knock. I drove on the stock lancer ROM on 2 different cars, and logged them. I literally saw max counts of know all over the place just randomly cruising, acceling, not so much at WOT....but the basic idea is that I saw crap tons of knock without any changes. My car now doesn't knock near as much, but like some of you....I do see random knocking.
Oh, also about your timing changes not seeming to take effect....are you using the right map? Is it on the high oct? low oct? what rom you guys using?
