Little Evo update

Installed a new o2 housing and 3" exhaust from eBay surprised but it sounds really good.
Replaced battery the one I had was a dud, and replaced the starter.
So far the car is coming together and I'll be buying my gauges and start tuning for 325hp, once I get the head studs I'm going for 400hp. We will see if I want to go e85 or meth injection for 500hp

 

What kind of turbo were you looking at to achieve the 500Whp goal ?

 

Maybe an fp black I want a gt35r turbo one of my favorites but the spool time is laggy

 

I say best turbo for you would be either a Fp red or a Fp black , some 1450 injectors or higher with either a E85 Walbro 400 or twin 255 pumps .
At the shop we just made 714 Whp Dynojet on a stock block 05 8 with a Hta 3794 with over 100k miles

 

nice, but then I have to do the retune thing with e85 and im not sure if its the same concept as tuning new injectors with pump gas.

plus e85 is limited in my area which means I would need a full tank to be on the safe side. but then again that can be a tax write off...

Evo update

Worked on the car for a bit, I got new injen intercooling piping and the car sounds great, you can here the turbo suck in air and the recirculating bov is pretty loud itself. Now trying to save on the injectors, guages, MBC, short shifter, and I should be at 400hp pretty soon.

If anyone is interested in some complete stock piping I'll let it go for cheap so you can start your build. just pm me

 

I got the greddy profec b spec 2 with remote switch instead of that mbc you want .....

 

depends on the price, I was looking into getting a hallman for a decent price

 

ECU controlled boost, 100 bucks

 

$325 is a steal of a price for the whole setup and has high/low setting plus peak boost feature........ c'mon you know you want it......

 

shoot me a price on your stock uicp if still availible or oem bov t simplify this. I really like the not having to relo the battery to the truck. COMPACT it!
