Do WOT pulls, log the pull, then increase timing until you see even 1 count of knock, then just pull it back 1-2 degrees. Also, put the pull into Virtual Dyno, and compare HP and torq, if your numbers max out in there and then start to fall off, you've got too much timing. If you run ethanol fuel, don't use the knock method, because it won't knock past MBT, and then you'll see stuff break.

For cruise timing, log Fuel consumption, and get that as low as possible, also using EGT's as a guide (lower is better, until Fuel Consuption gets worse but temp lowers...that means it's absorbing the heat into the pistons and what not due to detonation.)

It's pretty right on. I just re-tuned everything for SD, so my timing is slightly retarded just about everywhere...and this is where I was sitting. My boost was also all wonky, cause my AFR isn't quite ironed out at WOT, my VE stuff is pretty rough up there, since I've only done 1-2 WOT pulls on SD. Still...numbers are about right for your's i think.

My weight is like 26** but then add my 220 and its like 28 or 29 something. That number was curb weight plus me...and yeah, my sub box weights like 50 lbs too, and all the turbo stuff, so no idea the true weight.

I have a really good method for tuning your injectors in my thread. Im not sure where at in there lol but its a method shown to me by a tuner from English Racing and it worked awesome for me I have not had to touch my injectors since I used his method.

man i found it last night but cant this morning

but which table do i need to change in ecu flash just "injector battery voltage latency compensation" and "injector size scaling"?

also i found this in one of your threads http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...34&postcount=2

so should i just start with those numbers and adjust from there?

Correct on the tables and as far as the latencys in the link that could be a good starting point and adjust as needed. Remember the 14v is going to affect your fuel the most since that around where your voltage sits when the car is running.
