If you increase scaling, you tell the car "these injectors are larger" and the car says "okay, so don't squirt quite as much fuel percentage of the entire injector-wise".

So, higher injector scaling makes the car leaner, lower makes it richer
Higher latency values make the car richer, lower makes it leaner.

The reason for the latency thing is that if the latency is higher, then the car holds them open longer and if the latency ms is lower, it holds the injector open shorter amount of time.

just a couple of questions here.....

how likely do you think it is i will lift the head of really mess something up at 8spi I dont have the apr studs or anything....

also does anyone know how the coolant tank on the evo is connected?
it seems to have 2 tubes coming out of the top of it when ours only has one... it also looks to be mounted easier with 2 bolt holes on top and not to long. Mine is held up only with zip ties

If you have a knock free tune, and nothing is "off", it's unlikely you will lift the head. I see no examples of anyone doing so, and I asked that same question when I started, but the only lifted heads I see were at 17psi, and I think one overboost to 15psi. 8psi has done things like tear clutches up though, and I assume a poor tune will overheat the engine, beat it up from knock, etc, depending on what happens.

The evo coolant reservoir looks like it mounts on the left side when looking into the engine, rather than ours on the right, so it could be a really cool way of solving that little problem. It has 2 bolts on top, that just screw into the front bar where the lights also attach. Look at these cool metal ones!

Geez that's a lot for a bottle. That is an investment. I just have mine neatly zip tied on the right side near the intake manifold. I also want a solution like that but $120 is a lot. I might try to have a friend make me one now that I think about it.

Maybe the second hose goes to a return somewhere that's not pressurized. While ours just starts to dump on the ground when filled.

haha oh u2^^^

yeah anyways i just bought an evo one that is used. its gonna have to be mounted on the right tho because we have the windshield washer fluid up front where the evo coolant tank is. i think the evos have the washer fluid in the trunk.

The evo reservoir just dumps to ground when overfilled. That second dump is just attached to the side and dumps straight down. The only reason its there is to prevent splatter into the engine bay.
