Any idea on TQ JRR? Im really curious how i would do vs a light modd'd rex. This is stock block 100% with 130k on it :-p. Eventually ill rebuild zulus motor right and well turn the boost up on that. English felt they could go further but I told them I wanted safe at this point. Knock settings according to them are back to stock and its a knock free tune. Ill pull the rom later and look to verify but they have no reason to hide it. Oh and at least in dry i have 0 traction issues except first gear if i dump it. 03lances wasnt happy about that . Ill post a video later of dyno but thought it was funny they hit the rev limiter and my face just dropped. I swore it was all over and then 03lances is like rev limiter! So slowly i stopped freaking out :-p

I find it interesting that as your max hp went down your max torque went up. It's pretty awesome! Did they tune it like that or did it do that naturally?

I think they did it to help with traction. The power band feels great but in dry weather today with 03 & I couldn't break the tires loose. Granted I've also been really happy with the Cont DWS tires i put on. What was really interesting is first pull on dyno they didn't show on this map but it was almost dead even 240/240. I think when i told them to make it safe they may have lowered the timing across the map just a hair. Im going to pull the rom tomorrow and compare.

Well yesterday was fun, finally got the car out to do some auto-x. We had a novice school hosted by one of the local Auto-X clubs with instructor ride along. Had a blast and got some video. I am still playing around but thought I’d throw a teaser up. I by no means am good at this but for my first run and first time really pushing on the coil overs and new tires it was fun to see how the car responded. Totally different then what I remember when i did this years ago stock. Would have been more fun if 03lances would have joined in but at least he came out and got some video and took a ride with one of the instructors haha.
