well hum....guess head is coming off...03 can't see or feel anything wrong at least with the bottom end. spinning it by hand doesn't seem to give noise either. Any thoughts? Im leaning towards rocker arm or something despite us pulling the valve cover at ER when it happened.

Looks like wrist pin failed. Which likely has been causing all the noise since the start....I have some choice words for people/companys but it won't do me any good at this point. 03 is putting my old motor in so that I can build the "built" motor correct and see if the head is salvageable. Just frustrated to hell with this car. I knew it wouldn't be smooth but i swear this is more bumps then a double black diamond mogul's course...pix to come in a min

by companies mean my luck with rrm on turbo and how pipes all jacked, and the company who zulu had build this block. ER is the only company i give props to right now. Just little frustrated with all this since i have basically a $800 paperweight. Plus 03 and my time swapping it etc. 03 will send me some pics of the work ER did on piping and fixed a lot of the stuff bugging me. They did awesome work and have been super helpful thru this last week.

Yeah JRR...believe me im close to that point and each snag like this is bringing me closer....im hoping tune is still close with my stock motor so can drive on it for a month or two. Gotta stop bleeding money on this project. I easily could have had a nice downpayment by how much this has gone over budget already.
