How much power are you getting at 15 psi? Did you put it on the dyno? Im looking forward to boosting 15-20 psi this summer now that i have my rebuild engine.

I haven't had it on the dyno yet. I might take it this yr, I'm either going to get it retuned professionally or just do a dyno pull. When I took my wrx in for a dyno pull, I was talking to him about speed density tuning on the evo. I have a few glitches here and there, nothing too bad though. They said they could get me more power and a smoothing running rom if I go with a 3d map and an IAT sensor. Currently I'm just tuned thru the map sensor and coolant temp. Runs great in closed loop, but has a few hiccups here and there until it's at running temp. I'm hoping for 230-240whp we will see though. I was at 205whp at 10-11psi on a crappy 5th injector tune

We need a dyno video if you go man. the closest dyno to me is probable 4 hours away (one way). I'm hoping when if I ever get to a area where in satisfied with the car I can dyno it. That probably won't be for a while though.

How much did the dyno run cost you? I think when I get a decent tune if I have the time and money a may do one.

It was 100$ for 3 runs and he was going to tune it but he didn't need to he said it wouldn't change anything haha!

Noice! Another update!!!!! I just got home and decided to do a leak test with soapy water on my exhaust and intercooler couplers and I found a good leak at the downpipe and o2 housing. So hopefully my brother can cut my downpipe and re-angle the flange to sit more flush. I definitely need to get that fixed before tuning. Im certain it's throwing my afr readings off. I didn't see any leaking at the couplers which is good.

Your lean afr problem is the tune man...get my rom flashed with the injectors then move from there before jumping to conclusions.

That could definitely cause issues with a tune. Especially in closed loop. But I agree, just put the injectors in and flash his rom before doing some fab work. If you still have the issue, then address that.

If the exhaust leak is bad enough to push the soapy water up the o2 housing I'm guessing it's pretty bad. My o2 housing and downpipe flanges are not really flush together. I'll put the injectors in while my brother does the welding. My cable is coming in Friday as well but that's my grandpa's birthday and I have work, so Saturday we will tackle the exhaust leak. My downpipe is also pretty much right on my oil pan too so we'll fix that as well so it's not clanging and possibly causing my knock sensor to pick it up.

Yea my downpipe is almost touching my oil pan with the heat wrap around it too!

Yeah mine is pretty much right on it. I'm going to add a section on the downpipe to bring it lower and also try to get a more flush fit between the downpipe and o2 housing. I think I may start the injector install tomorrow. I won't have time Friday. I'll put the new o-rings and stuff on the injectors tonight.

There you go man. I'll get you a picture of my bumper tomorrow. I had to really chop it up to fit one intercooler pipe to fit.

02modlanceroz I have a question. What map sensor are you running for SD? I see a 3 bar, 4 bar, and 7 bar. I think most people are using the 4 bar and the 7 would just be over kill for us. I'm thinking about getting one so I can log boost. I'm not sure my prosport gauge is correct. It could be off by a pound or two.
