So how do you plan on tuning? Is there a base map for NA that you know about, or are you going to be experimenting yourself?

We're waiting on the definition file. Without that file, the program cannot interpret the ROM data from our ECUs. The base map will be that data.

I won't be able to try anything w/o the cable anyways.. best to have it now and not look for it later.

Okay, if you download the software you MAY NOT be able to use it. That was the case with me. They have two definitions on there for a 2002 Lancer and a 2004 Lancer, which may work for you if you have one of those, but for my 2003 nothing worked. So I needed a new definition file. This is the file you need:

Download 2003 Lancer OZ Rally Definition File (Right Click on it and "Save As")

This is a RAR file. You can unpack it using software such as WinRAR. There are two files: the new definition file and the instructions on how to load the new def file. Enjoy!

I've also put this link at the first post as well!

i may have to look into this. i dont think i would attempt the tune myself. most likely pay a shop to do it, either way its still cheaper than a piggy back.

are the results the same or is the piggy better?
