1.) Does this sound accurate? (the link quoted) as this is very loud, would this be with the windows up or down

2.) What happens with low and mid-range? I dont typically drive above 4g's unless I am at the track or really having fun. I dont want to loose power down low just to gain a bit of high end power.

3.) What colors are currently sitting at RRM? and does the colors refer to the MAF housing and not the filter?

4.) Do you have any ready to ship at RRM?

Oh and Rock seeing as I am getting more cash to send you guys and you had mentioned what people are looking for in products, let me mention some of the things I am looking for. HID's, Evo X Style Hood, the piggyback with connector between harness and ecu which eliminates splicing, Supercharger (the unit that replaces intake manifolds), Eyelids, LSD, Etc.

I will get the springs but that is a little intense for right now while I only have 16's on

1)Yes, this sound is pretty accurate, and it was done with the windows rolled up of course.

2)You can tell a difference in all: low, mid, and high. No loss of power really, only gain.

3)I believe that right now they have both red and blue, and in air filter itself is red. The MAF housing is what the color refers to.

4)I believe they do. I'm not to sure what RRM has to ship, seeing as how I'm all the way across the country (east coast), but I'm pretty sure they do, and if not, it shouldn't be to long before they do.

Installed yesterday SRI, Pulley and Springs.

I'm very happy with the new intake sound, way deeper!

Thanks everything at RRM, you're doing a great job.

Dusty conditions

Will the air intake work as well in dusty conditions? (gravel roads) Is the filter replaceable or cleanable?

Thanks!

Yes you can use this filter in dusty conditions and clean and recharge it as many times as you want.

Not a dumb question at all. What you do is take it off take a hose to it and spray all the crud off of it the buy a K+N filter recharge kit and spray it down with the oil that comes in it let it sit for a little bit then slip it back on.

so is it pointless to have that oem part that leads the air into the stock intake when having the Sri?

No its not pointless at all I custom made an air dam behind the grill that throws cold air up the tube and feeds it to the SRI. The air dam I made just increases the air flow even more to it but even without my custom piece it still feeds cold air (when moving) to the SRI which is always a good thing.

And as for replacing the air filter it never hurts to buy a new one out of the box but being a cotton filter you can clean and reuse them(but $40 bucks for a new one is close to the price of the K+N recharge kits so that not a very hard choice).
