Hey RRM, I got a code from the intake?? i thought their was no ses? The code was "P0171 System too Lean (Bank 1)" I hope i don't get it again cause i will be forced to remove asap. Thanks

 

I havent had any problems or codes show up with mine yet.

I did a longer reset of the ecu so long that even my navigation when through a reprogramation . I let the car idle for about 15mins without even touching gas. I let it idle while i programed my audio settings again and all taht good stuff.

I hooked up my scanner and i had a pending code which was "P2195 Oxygen (A/F) Sensor Signal Stuck Lean
(Bank 1 Sensor 1)"

i reset the codes with my scanner. i let the car idle again but while i gave it a couple of good revs and back and forth motions. the pending code or anything codes have not yet to appear but i will report back tommorrow after my drive to wrok. on any updates.

 

ok today after about 70 miles driven after a long ecu reset process, i still managed to get code P0107 system to lean bank 1 pending! Why do i have to have such ****ty luck not only that but i hit a possum that broke my skid plate on the front bumber!!! and bent my condensor! I noe i heard someone else had this problem with the code???

Maybe its the piggy that as soon as it senses the intake it starts throwing codes, RRM please resond asap guys thanks, i will probaly be giving a call monday anyways to speak on the phone to see what we can do. do you have the pzev lancer like the one in cali? i think that is why it is throwing the codes because that is the only time ive heard of throwing codes on the regular lancer vehicles but i could be wrong.

 

new jesrey , california and like 3 other states now carry teh pzev engines , but if this the case then RRM should had put that as a note? This is just turning into another nightmare

 

wow that really sucks.. it seems like RRM doesn't know what to do with this problem.. b/c when the other guy called RRM they havn't really delt with that problem i wasn't going to buy a piggy anyways so it won't affect me.. *knock on wood* but yeah hope everything is alright...

hey I have the piggy and am from Cali so I have the PZEV haven't had any codes yet. Could it of been a bad batch maybe? Did you guys buy them around the same time?
