Hey guys, I was reading about this on another section of the forums. I did a search and nothing came up on the conversion even though I saw people saying that the stock 63 mani can be modified to fit the g94 head.
How is this done? I'm assuming laying the g94 exhaust mani gasket over the 64 turbo mani, marking the hole & drilling through?
I'm completely in the dark on this, all info and resources/link appreciated.

That's the gist of it. Some people have the 4g94 flange welded onto the 4g63 header and then drilled out. But most of just mocked up the holes of the 4g94 flange to the 4g63 header and then drilled it out.
The 4G63 outer runners are wider than the 4G94. By re-drilling the holes on the 4G63 manifold it will technically fit, but the outer runners won't be entirely lined up with the ports.
I see, well.. I was considering going with an aftermarket 4g63 tubular turbo manifold.. Would it fit (I.e. the distance I would have fitting the turbo in with my radiator and all + fan?)
Also, If I run the stock evo 8 turbo, I believe its the TDO5H, would I be able to use an aftermarket o2 dump & aftermarket evo 8 downpipe with it? I'm assuming yes, just want to clear this up before I go out and buy what I need.
Also.. will the evo 8 downpipe bolt to the lancer's catalytic converter? or will it need to be twisted / moved to fit?

Hey guys, well. I need some advice on my build and need to know if there will be any major problems with it.
Well, to start here's what I will be running parts-wise..
Modified Megan Racing 4G63 Turbo Manifold (Most likely will be welding the G94 exhaust flange in the g63 flanges place.
TDO5H Turbo
I want to run an O2 Dump.. If not it will be an aftermarket SS o2 housing
Aftermarket dump pipe with the stock evo 8 flanges.
Evo IX FMIC w/ all the plumbing.
Here's where I need to know if my build will work. I'm looking to do a blow through turbo setup, where my MAF is after my turbo, and my BOV is between my turbo and my MAF.
I'm looking to run 5-9psi of boost.. will I need any other modifications?
I have not listed ecu upgrades because I remember reading that the lancer's stock ecu fuel table can compensate for the extra boost.
I'm not sure about an aftermarket FPR or fuel pump.. will I need that as well?
