It says "if equipped".
I don't think there's one. If there was one, I'm not even sure I'd use it. The rad drain plug works just fine

edit:
I just quickly went through the engine diagrams in the service manual and I couldn't find any drain plug.

What if you tilt the car towards the front?
Block the front wheels, and jack the rear of the car.
I don't know... never tried... but in theory I think it works

They have flush kits. Fairly cheap It comes with basically a port you can thread a regular garden hose onto. You cut your heater hose and connect the port in between then turn on your hose and let it run out till she is running clear, after that it comes with a cap so you can just cap it until next flush. Or if your like me and dont like cutting things when its not absolutely necassary just pull off one of your heater hoses and hold that garden hose to the end of it. Same result except you have to sit there and hold it the whole time instead of leaving it and going off and doing something else ( it can take awhile at times to run COMPLETELY clear )
