Has anyone posted the curb weight of a USDM spec RS yet? US cars are historically heavier than their EU versions.
I posted this on the page before this. Both USDM. Both in reality. Mountune quoted weight was from their USA office.
Actual owners that are alive in in reality are posting new bits of info every day over at focusrs.org

Admittedly, less than early articles estimated, but still not what I would call light. There are plenty of them for sale on autotrader if you want to buy one. Anyone... Bueller...
Is it arguing or a simply a correction? You seem quick to antagonize for some reason.
The way I see it is despite what people post on the internet, they vote with their dollars. Go buy one if you think the RS is that great.
Because you openly admit to hating this car, and after complaining about its weight for page after page, you're now pointing out a less than 5 lb variation to "make a point". Seems pretty petty and childish to me.
Given that the RS is seemingly sold out everywhere, it appears people have voted strongly in favour of the RS.
My position is that the car is too heavy. And yes in my eyes a 3383 lbs. Focus is too heavy.
Rumors of the car being "sold out" are greatly exaggerated. There are currently 73 of them listed on autotrader (and I am sure more on other sites as well), some priced below MSRP.
But go on believing the hype if you want. Better run out and get one before they are all gone
You are not going to change my mind and I am not trying to change yours. If I liked the RS I would buy one. I have stopped trying to understand why you two fanboi a car you have no intent on buying. /shrug

Cool, so we have confirmation that you're just here to complain about the car.
