PJ is fast but I don't think he is at their level! Other guy is Todd Kean!

The price has definitely moved north as the 510 line has aged. I contacted PSI earlier in the summer and received a quote for revalved new Ohlins that was comparable to 510s on sale.

Prices go up...
If they're within $500, I'm choosing ohlins every time. The quote I got on ohlins was $2,723, I just double checked.

I would rather go with MSC for the same money and no compression change when you change rebound...and you can always add canisters to them later and make them real deal!

Wow, FA went up. So much for them being the go-to coilover for under $2500 LOL. Looks like I'll be going with Ohlins, should i ever go anther route.

its too bad that FA is no longer the budget performance shocks. i guess they gained popularity and demand went up, so price went up.

the build quality on ohlins is top notch, so i can see it makes sense to spend a few hundred more.

For the record I can sell the FA's including upgrades for just over $1500 and I can get Ohlins shipped to you for around $2400

List prices have gone up, though the upgrades and options are something I can work with. As for preferences I personally like Ohlins, KW, Fortune, Feal, and some others but each of those I promise pricing that will make you rethink the marketplace. As for spring rates and damping and choices I can certainly personally consult and help out

You can give $1k off on FA510's with swift springs?

That was for FA500's by bad. 510's $2300ish with everything altogether so why not look at Ohlins for virtually nothing more. But thought I'd correct my inaccuracy.

There we go. I thought that couldn't be right...LOL. Thanks for correcting. I think you may have just missed that we were discussing 510's, not 500's.

Not that the 500s are bad, IMO.

Soooooooooooooooooooo. With the recent price drop in Ohlins, I am going to hopefully be ordering a set by late January. Going through PSI, will be getting 10k/12k springs, and they revalve the rears for free. What would you track guys recommend for swaybrs? I run 255/40r17 nt01's right now.

Youre not on the WL24mm rear bar? Thats what I run w/my 10k/12k. Theres a tipping point where you can have too much spring & SB rate

The old saying is: Big sways & soft springs or Big springs & soft sways. Its one or other, but cant be both

Leave the front bar stock otherwise you suffer more understeer

A decent starting point would be a 25mm rear and oem front with the adjustable bracket while you're in there.
