I haven’t had AC for years so I don’t have any feedback
That's my point. will the serpentine belt going to the steering pump not touch the bulge on the cover? mine was trimmed a good amount but I have AC so not sure why my guy did that lol

You have to clearance the center hole for the hub, and you have to make the face of the cover flat, and you have to notch the bump that covers the oil pump gear nut.
we are running an aluminum exhaust for weight reduction. They sounds pretty hollow and Tingey so we added aluminum resonators to help the tone and it was an improvement.
At the track the factory welds on the resonators broke.
we thought it was due to the heat and no lift shift of the sequential creating a loud pop when shifting.
then out to also broke in the same place on Phouvanh’s car that makes less power and doesn’t have NLS
Aluminum exhausts are tricky to get right. They tend to need bracing or you have to use pretty thick walled stuff. Sometimes titanium ends up being lighter just because you can use a much thinner wall without it cracking.
A shop I used to work at tried aluminum downpipes for Subarus once upon ago, you could watch the downpipe grow from heat expansion during a dyno pull haha.
