local Pittsburgh Meet
and yeah, e85 really is the way to go. Enough local sheetz have it to be feasible. Lots of people run it every day, especially in summer and do very well with it.
Am I correct that it harder to DD E85 in the winter as the blends change?
If I do modify this one injectors/ e85tune/pump will be the first mods. The power potential is just to great(AND CHEAP) to pass up.

to add anywhere from 50-100 horsepower for 1700 dollars is a pretty good deal where you're at if you look at alternatives. considering each pale of q16 or c16 you buy from vp is like $400 each time you fill up plus a tune to run that ****, a bigger turbo kit is gonna be excess of 2k, even a meth kit and tune is going to be pricey plus i hate meth so you may be looking for a new motor.
do the research, troll these forums on evom for a year if you have to. you'll come to the same conclusion.
a single walbro on e85 is good for around 450 whp on a mustang according to gst motorsports...

I think your estimate is a little overkill......

once the car is started and up to temp it wont run any different.....in winter the mix drops to an e70 mixture, so worst case your tune will go rich if it was tuned in the summer on a more near to e85 mix.

According to Sheetz's website, they only have 3 stations in PA with E-85 and they are in the Pittsburgh area. I guess if you're in Pittsburgh, it would be a good way to go. For me way outside Pittsburgh, it wouldn't be economically feasible, unless I had my own station.

I live about 25 miles north of Wexford. Is that the new Get Go inside of that plaza with the Sonics? While this certainly would be closer, I would still burn 50 miles just going to and from the station. To those talking about filling up a 55gal drum, how are you planning on filling that up?
Also, those running separate maps which you can switch, do you have to completely drain your tank before switching over the map? In other words, if I have 1/4 tank of E-85, can I fill up with E-85? Or if I have 1/4 tank of E-85, can I fill up with 93 ?

Yes u can fill up - I would recommend a 1/4 or slightly less (should roughly be 11-12 gallons of new fuel).......either way. You may notice the car being richer/leaner depending which way you switch but once you fill up the next time your mixture/tune will be back to normal with whatever fuel your going back and forth on.
hey and while your there you can stop at one of those fantastic sonic meets.......
Yeah that is the one.

I guess you weren't around for the lemmonhead days.....he claimed to have had these "huge meets" at the sonic that none of us seem to have never gone. He ended up being the butt of a lot of jokes and got himself perma-banned........
I need to consider E-85 again. lol. It just dawned on me that I can use my Pump Perks to get discounts on it. Not to mention I that when I use my Citizens Bank CC, I get $.01 off a gallon of gas per $50 in purchases. Plus I already have 4, 5 gallon containers. So I could get 20 gals extra per stop.
lol, you guys may have sold me on E-85 after-all.
