I boost leak tested mine up to 30 psi and the pipes didnt blow or leak, so if they arent leaking at 30....They wont leak at 25 psi

Loosen the stock worm clamps once you never get the same clamping force as they were from the factory.....T-bolts you can tighten and re-tighetn some more and you never lose that clamping force. I would rather spend $60 for the peace of mind then have to mess with silicone everytime you have to pull you charge pipes off, but thats just me......

Well i could've easily crushed my intercooler ends if i had done that myself. But hey, I agree they do work. See i really don't take mine apart very often so silicone works fine for me. plus there are better and worse brands of stock like clamps. I have tested mine to 30 myself. I have probably half t-bolts and half regular clamps.

i pieced mine together from NAPA. there is a thread in engine/turbo/drivetrain that gives you all the prt numbers.

cost me around 80 bucks i believe.

obviously they have been sitting in the box for about two years because i have been far too lazy to pull the bumper and install them

well I finally used meth today. Lots of sortin out yet but we will get her there. only boosted 21psi for the first 3 pulls just wanted to make sure all was well and gonna spray.

I will start to slowly turn up the boost and log see how she does, I have noticed that my e.g.t.'s are down about 150 deg. celcius.

I gotta get out on the highway and do some full 4th gear pulls out to 8k to really see how she is behaving so far knock is non existent as i expected but is runnin a tad rich in the mid 10 range gotta get her back mid to high 11's. I got a few maps to work with

I can get you a list of what you need and the name of the supplier I use, they are beefy t-bolts and work awesome. I installed them on my car and also help install them on Daves car, they are no joke

They have a large bolt, wide band and are also hinged for easy on and off.... They arent the cheapest but not the most expensive either and they take about a day to arrive from Cleveland. Probably will cost you around ($60 shipped)

Let me know
