pps- is it on the cart track, and should i change my pads/brake fluid/brake lines for the cart track?
this is gonna be an SCR (steel cities region chapter of the scca) this weekend at beaver. it will be in the VDA area, and is just a normal autocross.

as for the kart track events, it wouldn't be a bad idea to change your fluids. last year i changed every single fluid in the car before the second event, but as long as it is not too beat on, you will be fine.

the most immediate concern for the kart track is tires, because the wilson circuit eats rubber like crazy.

New fluid is a good idea. Have everything else checked.

I had my twin disk put in by Mike @bariel today. Kind of anti climactic since I have been waiting to do it for some time. I am very happy with Mikes work.

Is it stiffer then stock? No. Surprisingly easy to drive.
Is it noisier? Yeah it is, chatter is evident. But I think noise when the car is in gear is down slightly.
Harder to drive? No, in fact to me it is slightly easier in many ways.

This is for the Exedy Twin SD MM022sd clutch kit.

i have to extend congratulations to all the evos in attendance.

travis was within fractions of a second of me, and he was on all season tires.

colin. F you colin! you straight up spanked me in a completely stock evo. maybe the back seat delete mod really is worth it

dave you did an excellent job too. dropping time off every run, and came in just about a half second shy of me.

jim, i didn't get to see any of your runs, but i have a good deal of time to make up on you now too. this is gonna be a fun season.

i may have created a crew of monsters here, convincing you people to race. i better learn how to turn that damn wheel, because this aggression will not stand!

and obviously, jer with FTD, sheeeeeit. not much to say about that one really. days and weeks ahead of the other cars.

if we are running in different heats, and i am not working, i would be more than happy to ride along with you, if you like, and shout in your ear.
