Well even though he was wrong, I'm glad you're not one of those cops who feels the need to break everyones ***** cause he has the power to do so. Both my aunts are retired Philly cops and they were cool as hell. Had mouths on them like truckers...haha. I remember one time I was in the car with my aunt Pat and we were sitting at the traffic light at Welsh and the Rossevelt Boulevard. A car came up from behind us and flew into the gas station on the corner just to avoid the Red light. Well my aunt decides to chase after him. He gets stuck at the next red light and my aunt jumps out of the car with her badge and pounded on his window until he rolled it down. She showed her badge and just screamed at him for driving like a jerkoff. She said that she didn't care that he cut through the gas station.......she was pissed that he flew through there without slowing down and could have hit someone.

I know you guys have heard me talking about Intake Mani options. I'm really up in the air about it. For a stock framed turbo setup it seems pointless to do anything bigger than a ported stocker from all the info I've been reading. Same for the Exhaust Manifold. I'm hoping that it doesn't lose much spool going to the Full-Race. I like some bling on the ride so I went with it but I'm worried that the ported stocker I have will probably outperform it. I'm still gonna install it and hope for the best. What do you guys think? Any aftermarket intake manifold is gonna run you anywhere from $750-$1000 and the Buschur Ported Stocker is $150. Even though he's a Douche Bag as Marc would say it may be my best option.

MAPerformance V2 ported stocker is 265. I dont think Buschur port jobs are that great to be honest. If oyu wanna get a port job, check out Paradigm Performance (PPI).

I got the car started again.... wish I did what I did just now 16 hours ago. I'm pretty sure most of you guys know the "tap the starter" trick. Can't believe I forgot that.... cost me $76. Won't get my starter in till Saturday. So I hope nothing goes wrong till then.

Shaw you should've wrote me a prank ticket so when the real ******* cops see it they don't have to write me one lol. YOU COULD'VE SAVED MEEE!

Why didn't you just get it rebuilt? There's plenty of people who rebuilds them locally from a decent price, and turn-around is only a few hours.

yeah I know that trick. Did it to the e30 the other day when it wouldnt start. I went the cheap route and brought mine to a local shop that rebuilds starters and alternators. Cost be $65 and a 2 hour wait. I figured even if I get one "new" from bmw, it would still be remanufactured like my waterpump since the car is so old.

Yea but I don't know any locals who actually rebuilds them..... and even if I do I have no transportation to them because it's my only DD. I'm more mad that I forgot the starter trick than the ticket, cause if I did the get it running last night I wouldn't have the ticket!!
