In 2010 the first winter event (non-points exhibition) was on 1/31. The first official AutoX was 3/28. I don't believe that they've released the 2011 schedule yet, but here is a link to last years.

Otherwise, it was good to see some new faces at TJ's yesterday. Quite a few of us AutoX with the Philly SCCA. For anyone interested in seeing what your Evo is capable of, doing an AutoX is a great way to learn the car and to hone your driving skills. We could always use more Evo's to compete with.

Nice lot, I might go to the march 5th event.
subtle "petes going down next season" post?
i know, its a little early to start the drama.
I agree with Ben, evo kids are always welcome.

No, I wasn't really trying to make that inference, but I am typically more focused with besting you, Pete and Chu each event (not that it always happens). We all have about the same amount of experience, and talking smack can be very enjoyable. Considering that the other Evo's in BSP are nationally competitive cars/drivers, I need someone to compare myself against. I'm still kind of salty about Kenny beating me in my own car. I will continue to seek vengeance next season. :evil laugh:

besides, your never going to want to drive my car given that it sucks compared to the RS
any one herd pros or cons of the Hankook Ventus R-S3 ? They look like a aggressive summer tire. From what i read people like them. Just trying to find a decent summer/ auto x tire

^ I haven't heard to much about them. I know there is a couple of guys in the region that run them and they like them. None of those people drive evo's though. I think as far as ultimate grip their right up there with the StarSpec, I think the Dunlop has the edge in wet traction though. Not sure where I'm getting that from, I may have just made it up...
