Philadelphia's Classiest Drunkards
ya, scott's X is set up pretty nicely with either a bbx or ef4 turbo i think and is completely stripped. they had their manifold crack apparently from heat though.

Tom, I think he mentioned it being an EF4. Do you know how much power he's putting down? The car sounds really weird on track, almost like the motor was having a hard time accelerating. What mani is he using?
We're talking about the kzn car?
I seriously thought something was wrong with it, it sounded terrible... apparently it runs like a raped date.

last time i saw it at lime rock, he was running a bbx. was talking about changing it up though so it could be an ef4 now. I know he runs race gas in it but not sure what the current numbers are but would expect them to be between 400 and 500. from what i know, they're running a full-race manifold which cracked or split and i think they did a quick fix on it sat night at the track to run sunday. its got an ams motor with s2 cams so nothing really out of the ordinary there.

it sounded like it was breaking up a lot on the first lap when i was behind him, until it warmed up. i have 340 whp and he pulls from me like i'm standing still. that car is either really light or lots of power. my car is 3250 lbs with me in the car
that car looks like very well setup. Evo x are pig heavy, don't know how much weight saving from just removing interior. the roll cage probably put 100 lbs back in it. John Robbin's Evo X is similarly setup and his car is 3400 lbs i think.
Gates has the 311 down to approx. 3,160 lbs without him in the car and a tank of gas (still looks stock inside though). Stock X MR/GSR is about 3,500. This KZN car looks like a shell with the interior completely scooped out.
