This is the most likely scenario I admit.

Though I did get to meet another one of Pittsburgh's finest this morning. I promptly drive home and swapped trunks. Carbon fiber, the man can't resist it.

The dude was short, bearded, and reeked of clueless douche. I question whether or not he owned a vehicle - let alone an Evo. I told him, "'07 was a good year." He replied, "Yeah, its the best."

Wrong guy. The person I mentioned brought his car back from the dead.

But I really loved the 07's. They were bad assed.

Left through a yellow? What pissed me off is the guy behind me also went through and I got pulled over. My ID was in the trunk so here I am in sweaty gym clothes digging through my trunk with officer hardass looking on and commuters buzzing by looking at the "drug dealer get a search". Ugh.

I did start chuckling during my meeting with the man which got a scowl.

I couldn't help thinking. "Here's my wallet officer, right under this dead hooker."

I didn't even get a written warning.... Classic profile of the ricer car. I'm to old for that crap. So wingless it is.

Dave:

I would take the advice given by trav....I am running the RC1000, and have seen the FIC's run in comparison....it s amazing how perfect the AFR while the FIC's idle... it is definitely worth the extra money....

so do yourself a favor and listen to the advice this time

RC's work - its old technology but they work, I tuned brians RC1000's and there are no issues with them. Honestly imo do it right the first time and you will be extremely happy......were talking a 100.00 over the RC's and its a 100 you will never regret.

Unfortunately for brian these werent out when he got his.......now i just need to convince him to sell the RC's and get the FIC's

While I am enjoying reading on the ID2000s and the new style injectors my AFR at idle is completely out of whack, on E-85 or 93. I am thinking I need to hobbes switch up the fuel pump or get a different rail and regulator. My car sounds like a 67 mustang on crack, and the idle is loped like its running drag 280 cams...

Well, I was working on the car a little today, getting ready for the new pipes and FMIC. Got a new exhaust manifold in today and decided to swap it out. Of course about 10 minutes into the job a bolt breaks off in the hotside.... ****. So now had to drain new oil and coolant, pull the whole turbo and just drilled the entire thing out for 4 grade 8 bolts instead. Working on my car is like murphys law, I swear, something always has to happen.

came up behind a car at about 70mph and hit the brakes to slow down because there was a car in front of me.. wasn't really tailgating at all if i was maybe for a couple seconds if that... Next red light he pulled up beside which was a couple hundred feet ahead, and he rolls down his window and says learn to drive douchebag! If you ****ing tail gate me again ill pop this 9mm on you... Wasn't really sure what to do so i just gave him a puzzled look and rolled up my window and sped off... i know it was probably a bluff but eh i dont feel like getting shot anytime soon! sorry for the rant just kinda freaked me out a bit!

Should have called the popo. While you may not like people's driving habits, you can't threaten to shoot them.

Was he driving a STiEvo?

Na he wasn't in a STI or EVO or any kind of sports car... he was driving a Hyundai Elentra or sonnata with missing paint on the front bumper..
