Research is showing that the ducati 1198 is a 9.7 capable bike , I couldn't come across a trap mph tho buy none the less a quick search come up with 9.7 in the 1/4 and top speed of 185 mph.

So I say pic your race man and let's do it should be fun , we can do it on my private property facility that I have , and we can do different runs if you want umm say like 40-160 mph or if u want to tap it out on the top end we can do a 40-185 mph for shlts and giggles to see who got more pull all the way out !?!?!?

I've raced (and beat) two different GSX r600s from a roll and it was a very close race each time. I think an 1198 should toast any Evo from a roll, but dan DID spank a busa last season so he would be the one to prove me wrong.

I raced the Busa 5 times and pulled him everytime so....

Now considering that 650 whp on BR dyno usually equals a 145-150 mph trap depending on weight I would think it should make for an interesting race , I mean I know 650 whp ain't much but ehhh !!

Thanks for the kind words on my duc everyone. I used to have an 06 r6 and that was pretty fast since most 600's will out run a 500whp car depending on speed/roll/etc. I just want to race something that is stupid fast and going by your sig that evo meets that criteria!

Due to the excellerated wear both of us will experience racing from a dig (you launching 650hp lol and mine being a dry clutch, not to mention you winning lol) maby only do that once or twice. But if you have a private strip or want to do it on the other surface stuff that's fine too. It would be neat to be side by side with a car at 180-190 lol

I would be interested in seeing the durability of the turbo under sustained, extreme high RPM conditions. I know sharkbite blew out 2 of AMS's 750/850R turbos because he was more interested in getting to and sustaining top speed and staying there rather than the up and down usage that would be incurred during normal racing.

I'm game for a pull clean out to 180 I'm proposing rolls due to my recent destruction of Tcases multiple times.

From what I read 185 is your top speed so we can go to that I say a 40 roll is a good starting point and will allow us to hit all but 1st gear and stretch 5th out a good way
