Well I've never been a fan of the gigantic wing, so as soon as I got it home and it stopped raining (two days later) I took it off. Since I haven't been able to find a wingless Lancer trunk for a decent price, and not too jazzed about permanently filling the holes, I have since put it back on. I'm still on the fence about whether I like it or not. I like the trunk lip that the MR's have. Thinking about going that way if I can justify spending the money on looks before performance.

You are so proper about it I had to look it up to see what you meant. BMW owners call it the CSL spoiler. Evo owners call it the duck-bill trunk!

Well my car will indeed be ready this week, so I should definitely be out to the Waterfront on Saturday. I've never met any of you guys, but I'm looking forward to it.

 

Finally got the car back together! I was out on 19 by S/H Village and up pulls a red X MR. It def had a Cat delete pipe, and looked like the perrin or Agency Power exhaust. Wanted to follow and chat but I had to be somewhere. Would that possibly be someone on here? Let me know, thx.

 

Haha, that's my buddy Bondo. He has all Perrin stuff on the car. He drove an Envoy when I got my X, and then I turned him into an Evo freak! We have a lot of fun being about the only X's in the area! I'm trying to convince him to come out Saturday night, but he has two little kids. Hope to see you around.

 

Cool, I was sitting at a light in my X MR and I look over and POW theres this other X MR. Imagine that!! He looked at me and gave me the . Well I will make a 3rd X in the area. My wife and I are in the process of relocating to Mt. Lebanon so she can be close to the T. I definatly will look for you guys, out there. I'm planning on Attending Sat, so hopefully we will meet then. I've never been to a meet like this. B4 I lost my arm I used to ride Harleys' and my focus was on tuning my bike. Now I too have become an EVO freak! I'm learning everyday. Is the meet like a bike rally, just with Evo's?

 

It'll be my first meet ever as well, so we'll hang out for sure!
