you don't even know for sure that getting the much smaller injectors will satisfy your needs with your particular build configuration.

you seem to do this regularly where you ask for advice, get it, then ignore it and do what you want to regardless. you can rationalize it any way you like, but i would say the easy consensus here is to go with the larger injectors. if you decide that's not the best course of action for your particular scenario then by all means do what you will.

the larger injectors cost what, a couple hundred bucks more? far cheaper than getting the smaller ones, realizing they don't work for you, and having to buy a brand new set of the larger ones anyways.

I have the Green HTA on my car waiting to be tuned and I went with the FIC 1100 high z's only because there is no econmical way for me to run E85 in butler. Buying a 55 gallon drum just doesn't work for me. Also being the Green will probably push my motor to the limit on 93 anyways I don't really see the point. If you do plan on doing E85 ever, (being you already use it I assume you would) I would go big now.

FIC 1250's and two pumps are good for 530 on Buschurs dyno or 620 Dynojet on E85.

the FIC 1680 high z would probably work for you......but they aren't cheap either but the high-z injector is so nice.

Really? I haven't bought a performance part in over a year. Last thing I bought were PTE1000's for $300 and I didn't ask for advice on that. And just because I don't follow your advice doesn't mean that I don't value it, Justin. I'm just trying to get as much knowledge as I can to make the best decision that works for me and my limited budget.

$960 for ID2000's
$387 for FIC Bluemax 1250's
That's a big difference.

Curt, do you have any experience with that DW300 fuel pump? Anyone have opinions on that vs. the BR double pumper? I mean, I know the BR double should in theory be able to flow 510lph, but do would I need that much flow for say...460whp?

Trav, I could do low impedance as long as I had a resistor pack like the one SpoolinUp sells, correct?

Dosn't anyone just use race gas anymore?

Dosn't selling **** that you bought for your car to buy more **** for your car sound like Pabanomics? You can't afford to do it if you can't afford to do it.

I remember what you are referring to now. I was trying to save a buck and slap on one cheap tire to replace an RE01R that tore apart on the highway. That was a bad idea and EVERYONE told me it was a real bad idea - I listened. The only thing I didnt do was buy the Star Specs that you suggested, however my Toyo R1R's have done just fine. There is always more than one way to skin a cat.

Its not Pabonomics when you don't really NEED the part. I'm not doing much autoX these days and an 18" wheel is not ideal for drag racing anyway. Selling the wheels could give me the money I need to get the power output that I'm looking for...much sooner than later.

I do really appreciate the suggestions guys. This is all still real hypothetical, but the more feasible it is the more likely I am to pull the trigger.
