Im up for a meet/shoot, maybe Brant knows a place up north in the Slippery Rock area we can waist a couple of 1000 rounds without any issues, no place aound here anymore you can just go out and shoot.

Lawrence County Sportsmen Association used to be open to the public on the weekends, but on their website looks like they are members only now. It was located not too far past Beaver Run.

Just a quick recap of the one of the most amazing races in the US.

We ran good in practice until i put the car into a creek. Mike (from Bariel) and my friend Javier, along with Randy Hale(pro mazda driver) and Warren Elliot(Rally cross national champ) and the Patron/Traxxis compound were able to piece the car back together to actually get up the hill. We were fortunate to have a bunch of Mitsu rally teams there that gave us parts to get the car back up and running. The car was never quite 100% but i'm very happy with were we ended up. Just having the guts to race this hill is a huge accomplishment.

Huge thanks to everyone involved!

Here is my pic in the paper. I'm alittle suprised they didn't mention my name in the article. (since i was sitting in 4th)

And for the tagger that thinks its embarrising to be beat by a Tiberon.

There are pics and video's of the event all over the internet. I'm sure much more will trickle in also. I have some in car footage i will get posted soon.

Great job Jeremy!

Spoke with Mike yesterday.....as if the Mountain isn't tough enough, driving through a pool of spent Halon must have been brutal....that's a tough break but it's great that you and Mike (with all the help from the other Teams) were able to piece back the car, complete the mission, and (most importantly) come back all in one piece

It will be interesting to see how much faster you will be at the "local" hill climbs after this experience....

Those are some great pics. Without your front bumper, your car fits right in. I watched some of the videos too. That must be the longest, white-knuckle 7 minite drive. Great Job.

Jeremy,

Great job....coming in 8th overall is fantastic from my point of view. I think you should leave the front bumper off...looks meaner that way...maybe paint some teeth on it like others have done....

Glad to hear your DNF wasn't too bad...I was following the results each day and saw that post, and was worried you had run off the track or something. I may start doing some hill climb too....as it looks like some crazy shi$$$ ...but I'll start on a little hill before I would ever tackle something like you did....

Sorry to inform you, but your insurance is likely to go up, statistically speaking. But on the plus side, so will the value of your car due to there being one less on the road.
