That is the same day as the North park autumn leaf auto-x. This is usually a big turnout with a dinner, free t-shirt and trophy's.

I think i am going to go to beaverun for the track day myself. Anyone else wanna join in?
I saw that. i would definitely go but the car is broke

hey guys, thought i would post this in case anyone can adopt or foster:

Humane Society Full, Needs Help Quickly

Too Many Adoptable Animals At Western Pa. Humane Society

Workers at the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society received quite a surprise Thursday when a young pot-bellied pig was dropped off.

Just one day earlier, Channel 4 Action News anchor Sally Wiggin mentioned the Humane Society's open-door policy in a report about overcrowding at the shelter on Pittsburgh's North Side, where fall adoptions are down and surrenders are up.

"I have no idea if it came in because of the story," spokeswoman Gretchen Fieser said. "Sometimes, that's what happens. People say, 'Oh, they're going to get a lot of adoptions, so I'm going to bring my animal in.' "

Nine adoptions were made Thursday, one day after officials at the shelter told Wiggin about their current difficult situation. Shelters in Washington and Butler counties are full and not accepting animals, which is making matters worse.

that's what i was thinking. you could adopt it, fatten it up, then have a delicious pig roast in the back yard.

it's a shame that there are so many dogs down there that need a home. if i didn't have 3 already i would already be down there getting another pit bull.

I know this is a long shot, but if anyone has an available 10.5 hotside, I could use it. Need to send mine out to get ported by PPI, but they don't have a core. Let me know.

I got a hotside sitting. Its got a small crack in the twin scroll divider. I am told this is pretty common. Details are on the local pittsburgh swap meet. PM me if interested.

Thanks Ian. I may just get Curt to port it since the turn around time would be about a day vs. a week from PPI. I'll let you know.

had a friend who used to own a spectacled cayman and an american alligator.

very cool pets when they're small, but a bit of a management problem when they get over a couple feet long.
