C&G is in Sewickley, off of 910 about half way between I-79 and rt. 65. For the most part they are a Porsche/Audi shop, and they do alot of race car set-ups from Porsche to spec-Miata.

They do the scales on an hourly basis which is good as some shops I called charge a flat fee of 4 hours, regardless of time.

It only took a bit over an hour to set my car, but I think that was because the suspension was already corner balance and crossed by Robispec when I got it from the previous owner.

When it first got on the scales, we were only about 60 lbs off, likely due to the weight difference between a full weight Evo and my gutted car.

They have an alignment rack on site will set your car to whatever specs that you want. They aren't too familar with Evo's as far as alignment goes, but made some minor adjustments from what Mike had orignally set that car at....(could have been just a difference in the alignment machine as well.) If you have complex camber plates I would definately work with Mike but for basic camber and toe, they can easily set that for you.

Good shop

Plus, I didn't account for the 50 pounds of electrical wire, zip ties, and electrical tape that Mike had to use in order to re-wire the car
You are 150 lbs less then mine so that's really a lot unless you changed the doors out and windows to lexan. The 4g63, while fairly compact still weighs more then many modern v8's. The easiest way to get weight out of the car for me was to get it out of the driver. Mine should be 3260 with gas and me in it.

The cage is pretty stout. I'm sure that's not helping.

I would be suprised to see the car under 1:00 without 500+ hp. I'd say it's going to be able to run 62's maybe 61's. Which is really good!

How much do you weigh, and how many gallons of gas when you got weighed?

just curious how much you got shaved out of your car, seems hard to do these days.

Gotcha, thanks trav. I need them before I crank the boost up. I called around to a couple local places and they all say they have them in store on the website, but no one does.... Accurate information is awesome.

I did. Lightweight driver mod saved 140lbs. There isn't much to take out of it. I might get 50 lbs more if I took out the spare and all the crap in the trunk.and the back seat. Maybe a mini battery if the one in the car goes.

Mitsu was pretty damn thorough in getting the weight out of the RS. No sound deadening anywhere, Even the dome light sun glass holder is gone. No ABS saves a lot of weight and I like it better then my abs equipped 05.

Yeah if you are interested in knowing the exact weight of all the things you mentioned, Dan has a pretty nice list of things removed and their weights. This way you can decide if its worth the work or not.

The tire/spare deff is a quick fix for shaving some lb's what I was expecting a little higher number from is things like the front bumper and rear beams.. was thinking like 50 pounds each, and here they are like 13 pounds each. may not be worth the risk, and a sagging bumper it brings with it.

Seriously considering getting rid of the high flow cat. The only problem is that with the HF Cat and BR Bullet Muffler, it's pretty freaking loud to begin with.

So the question is if I remove the cat....what muffler could I run that would hopefully equal the sound? Less would be great, but that would probably be impossible.

Put a second muffler where the cat is. Stock ECU gawd has it and its nice and quiet. Not sure where he got the part though.
