The double pumper is no easy deal. I've been on the computer for two days looking for parts. I just found the Y fitting - it's tough to locate. The bulk head fittings are also tricky, Dave B has them custom made. I may end up doing that as well. Anything I can find will be a hack and still cost a bunch with all the required adapters etc.

Still working on breaking it in right now. Most its been is around the block a few times not on any long drives. I have the Buschur HTA 35R kit, HKS E280/I272 cams, FIC 1250, meth, the works
I cant wait to be able to crank it up to 25-30lbs of boost, but for now I still need to work on fuel a little and also be able to get a little knock under control. Even though I am guessing that some of it is false from the no balance shaft stroker kit. All in good time though. I would love to run E85, Walmart has been looking at it for sometime and been thinking about getting on the Eco friendly wagon with everyone else and make it available at every pump they have. If that happened everyone would have no reason not to run it and we would all see 600WHP and more. It would be great if they did it. Ya I know what you mean about parts for the double pumper. But all in all it would be fun and worth it to make your own. even though you see those units go for about 400 used and just thinking 2 pumps are just about 175.00 thats only a little over 200 for the setup, not a bad price, but when you are broke from buying everything else, well money is money. I use to live in Snohomish/Everett Area.

Working on scaling the injectors. Waiting around 16 mins for your car to idle and cruising for 16 mins (20 miles) is wicked boring. Especially when you have to do each in bewteen every scaling adjustment. Getting close though.

No Dutchness, more of a eurotrash mix. The name is English, and I have a lot of Norwegian in the blood, with a touch of German. I talked to a European lanuage professor and he said the name "drinkwater" exists in just about every country. He had known Italians, French, Germans, and English all with the equivalent name.
Injector scaling still in process. Just got done letting my car idle in the parking lot at work

Realtime status update: I'm burnt out and tired of working on my car.
My wideband came loose from the underbody and screwed up the connectors yesterday - lame. Still trying to get the injectors scaled. I'm not interested in doing all the work to build the double pumper system right now. Maybe later. It requires me removing the pump assembly, and sealing off the gas tank for however long it takes to modify. It requires machining the housing and making custom parts, and once you start you are committed. Maybe later in the summer I'll be into it. For now pump gas is fine and I've got the parts ready when I feel like doing it.

I almost have the injectors scaled...
After a few days of not fully understanding the adjustments, and basically throwing darts at getting the settings correct - I finally wrote down some notes. Cruise fuel trims are perfect and the idle trims are really close. I think I'm on my last adjustment now. Should have it validated with data logs on the drive home.
I have all the parts ready to build my high flow catch can. I might start welding it together tonight. Should have some pics of the parts at least.
Here are some logs of me making adjustments of the last few days - and struggling, these are the bad examples.

Almost done with the high flow catch can and breather system.
Parts for the catch can. Notice the big 1/2" NPT fittings, and large inlet breather filter - they came from Jegs.

Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Bzzzzzzzzzzz Bzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Fittings in-place

And the guts ready.

So scaling these injectors is hard, at least in my case. I had my fuel trims dialed in using "injector scaling" and "latency", but this had the side effect of making my fuel map void as the high scaling didn't allow me to get enough fuel in at WOT. I had my fuel map maxed out in the load cells and was only able to get the AFR's down to 12.5 at WOT.
So this meant I couldn't use this approach to dial in the injectors. So now I have the injectors scaled lower, which makes my fuel map go back to where it should be, and now I'm tuning the injectors using MAF scaling.
There's a whole thread on it in the ECUFlash area.
