Isn't the GT3071 only rated to 460hp? It looks like if you added race gas you would be well over 500hp. Which is GT3076, GT3037 territory.

680cc injectors withe fuel pump
Stock airbox with stock BOV
XEDE/XEDEFlash
Sig exhaust WITH cat
91oct at 23psi

Results: 360whp

Surprised the heck out of us. The most we ever expect to make on 91oct is 300-320whp. Maybe there is something to those 280 cams afterall

cheers,
Shiv

so is this going to be your stage 2? and how much $$$$?

The results speak for themselves and are most significant, as the success of this adaptor suddenly makes it possible to eliminate a costly tubular manifold from a turbo upgrade, while allowing the use of the preferred Garrett housing at the same time.

Ok guys sorry for the confusion. The price looks to be pretty killer but final #s not solidified. To market time- Im not making that mistake again, well see well do everything hoping for sooner than later. Az3ar sorry this cant possibly be done by the dynoday and we are rushing to get two more on proto cars as Ted B and vishnuevo8 said. Yes we do love the results and the car is very darn fast- even with Dustin driving!

Can someone say what is different about this turbo than the ATP turbo? What A/R?

The ATP turbo uses a custom cast turbine housing that allows it to bolt to the stock manifold. This housing has been proven to make the turbo kind of laggy.

but still, lag doesn't make you lose that much power.

No worries David, thanks for the info and I will be attending the NOV, OCT dyno day again (with the one next week) at Dyno4mance as I have a T3 manifold in production for me in Washington. I will swap my turbine side to T3 63A/R. Its not that bad as the Turbine will cost me $250 and the Manifold is special for me ..

BTW guys lets sit back and look at things from above. That car had 280cams and it easy to realize that this turbo might have found its love. The cams alone might have made 30WHP extra and the intake manifold might added the 10WHP (highly doubt it) and we all can make the math for the missing 20WHP that we have been talking about. Although, I don’t believe in sheet manifolds on our cars period, at least with not that kind of power.
