WOW I haven't been on in about 2 weeks thats way to long for me 
Glade everyone had a great Christmas and New Years
So I had a great Christmas. My only cool present was my Car and buying myself some new parts. Monday after Christmas I had the day off and went shooting with my brothers, cousins, friends and uncle. Had a blast
Then the past 7 days worked over 100 hours through even new year on a project at work 
but had a awesome late night with a old lady friend of mine that was a big help 
Then Tuesday had my uncle that I went shooting with pass away in a accident at his work
Not the best way to start the year 
Well life does go on and I am getting some time and motivation to work on my cars. Finally registered my M3 and am now. I picked up a turbo that going to get rebuilt for it and going to be ordering my Manifold soon. Also going to be getting a few other goodies for it.
ON the Evo its coming to the shop and getting sanded this weekend and primered. Going to be getting some new Front fenders and a different Bumper this go around
Now I am working and toying on the idea of building my Impreza into a full on Track duty car. Cage, gutted, arrow, suspension, breaks, and new 5 speed. I want to get back on the track since I haven't actually raced in a few years. Been helping out a few friends with there cars a lot lately which is why I'm getting motivated to work on mine and build a dedicated car for it now.
We shall see what this year holds in store for me
Welcome man. My name is Dallin I live and work in Orem. I know of a few shops that can do the build. 3 good ones with Evo's in Orem too.
Not sure who could help you out in winter showing you what to on your car if you don't have a garage with everything you need to get it done like I think you are talking about. But if you want someone who knows what they are doing to do it for you and do it right I know some place and people. Expect it to take a week or longer if you don't already have all the parts.

Ya My 95 Evo 4 had some rust on it from Japan
My Evo 8 probably has a little bit that I am going to take care of in the next little while before its primered and painted. Hopefully soon that will get working on. I am working on a NSX right now. Complete respray.
Ya someone should just start a new one. Post the posting rules first to try to help remind everyone whats suppose to be done. We need to just do a better job at it is all.

I am down for meets when ever Don't have the Evo going yet but I have a few other cars.
haha I think the last one I made it to was about 3 years ago and the last one I actually drove one of my Evo's too was over 4 years ago
I need to get that thing going again or sold or just atleast do something with it

anyone in the orem/provo area that will help me build the bottom end of an evo 8? I want to learn the tricks and will help where I can, I don't have a shop (or even a garage :/). I am about to buy a car in the next few days and want to get the ball rolling on it ASAP. PM me if you want something to do... haha.

I was the under the impression that a violation of the rules would be levied on the actual offending users (and a few posts), not on a full thread closure (aka lots of good users). In different words I could see a few posts get deleted, but a full thread that has lots of good usage for at least myself getting ban-hammered has me feeling a little defensive.
Funny aside question ... anybody caught any runaway rust on their Evo 8s or 9s in Utah?

Most of the violations were done before the new FS rules were posted. That being said, hardly anyone was following the new rules. There's no reason you can't open a new Utah for Sale thread... Everyone just needs to follow the rules like we have been on this thread (which is why we started that thread to begin with).

You've reminded me of my uncle that passed was instrumental in getting me sort-of involved in grassroots motorsports.
Another uncle on my wife's side that also passed on lived 15min from Sear's Point. He used to drag race there every so often.
*Sigh* Hopefully his family will be ok.

You need to get another bike so you logan and I can go on a cruise. I was going to say I have known you for awhile now and I have still not seen your car ha. I know it definitely doesn't feel like winter. I've have been riding my bike around.

But arrows sound awesome, big *** crossbow I take it? I've wanted missiles on my cars for years, to spice things up a bit. But, the track wont let me... So I have had to focus on AEROdynamics.
