Utah Evos
His could be had for less than 15K because it will need some engine work (new timing chaing, maybe head gasket) and just a freshening up of the engine. He has 13 Kosei K1 wheels. The ones on the car, one set mounted with slicks, and 1 unmounted. He went with the 15s because they only weigh about 13 pds per wheel. He has the Sparco seats but also has the full stock interior that is perfect leather. But the body is rust free and would be a great base for someone to build up.
I missed it cause of my stupid SES light!! Come to find out I didnt even worry about fixing the light, I dont need to get State/IM this year because I have an 05
(Thanks again Jordan for the info).
I saw all of you guys over @ Hooters though. The cars really looked sick all in the parking lot.

You couldn't pull in and say hi???
Ugh... I knew I should have. Jordan told me to go and I wanted to meet some of the people from the forum too. I will be sure to get out on the next meet though, I checked out a vid on youtube when there were a bunch of you on Antelope Island. So awesome to see all those different EVO's and see them all driving around in the same place. I wanna really do a canyon drive with everyone, sounds fun.
Crazy *** seagulls stole a brat right off the grill in the flames!
On a side note Evo threw a cylinder 1 misfire and only once threw a injector circuit code.
Replacing all the wires and plugs and fuel pump - maybe more - possibly a lot more? AND finishing guttin this b...

I beg to differ, I have 20* intake temps at 42psi with nitrous cooling the (liquid) in my air/water intercooler on 104* days. Dynos think you're getting ambient air so the hp numbers are higher. I haven't even gone nuts yet, stage 2 is alcohol/dry ice for intake temps in the -115 range. Do you know how much density you recover with those kinds of intake temps, let alone timing you can run, lower octane number required, thermal loading is reduced, and detanation is a joke!
Man put that thing on a DYNO already so you can shut everyone up like myself because I think this is all a bunch of POO!!!
thats right, I said poo. :-)
Jason, your asking a 52 lb turbo to flow 64 lbs of air. I don't think it can do it, but I think your saying that the cold dense air charge is going to make up for that 12 lbs of volume flow that a 76mm compressor wheel just Isn't going to muster.
Like I said though, I'll be the first in line to stand with rest of the clowns in the corner when you show us the dyno......... but something tells me like most people you'll never hit the dyno with it, and so it will go down in history as just another HE said YOU said story. :-(
Sad though, because I really would have liked a conclusion to the novel.

Here is some good reading

Forgetting all the volume of flow vs density charge crap behind, I am currently really interested in the idea's of dynamic compression ratio based on variable cam's like v-tec and mivec. Here is a article I came across for those interested.

Tre you got a new Avatar
sshhhhhh
ha ha.......
But you know me Nate. I am just a dumb idiot anyway. You remember what Joe at turbo lab's said about me:
" J. R. is a nice guy but he has no business touching anything automotive. He should just stay away from cars."
Weird thing about that comment is I don't even really know him, and he doesn't know me, so why would someone make a comment like that. Strange that he would even say something like that.
