alky is kind of a waste of time (tried and sold it), just get some cams. My car made 350 without alky, on HKS 280s.

Alky cars are fast and make great power, but how long can you make your parts last at those high stress levels? A buddy of mine was runing alcohol and had a "issue" with the car. I don't know if it was alky related though. If you are willing to pay the ultimate price (blown motor) then go for it. A good size turbo and suporting mods would be the way for me, but for my current needs "stock" is better. MIVEC FTW!
well sorry adam i have to come up with SOMETHING to put my car in the same power range as all of you guys with mivec...

He went go-karting with us... But we'll see you there!

And Jeremy: we'll be down in Orem at Munoa's dyno. Unless I wake up feeling worse than I do right now, then I won't.

Hey Guys, i'll be in Utah in mid April. Just wondering how long of a drive it is from Park City to Snowbird. I know Google Maps says 35 miles and 49 minutes, but just wondering if it really is a 49 minute drive. Let me know!

You have to loop around from one canyon to another so it is very likely around 49 minutes, sorry. Just go skiing in Park City.

I'm not doing anything crazy with the boost. Intent is a reliable turbo setup with early power delivery. Christian finished the dyno today. Using the AEM electronic boost controller EMS is set to vary boost based on speed, traction and other attributes. He did a few different maps. I'm going to run on with peak boost of about 16 PSI and RWHP of 285. Peak power is about the same as the super charger, but it comes on so much earlier now.

Looking forward to getting it on track tomorrow ... we're running the outer loop.
