Thanks, let us all know. The only reason i asked is that I've read all their map notes very carefully. Any questions I've had were answererd by Rob@COBB (such as having intercooler pipes for example) and removing the boost pill for a Stage 1 map never came up in conversation

Travis@Cobb never replies back to the guys question about removing the pill for stage 1. I personally would not remove the pill on stage 1 unless Travis responds back and says it is ok to do.

+1 on that, he never OK'd anything really. He just stated there'd be reduced performance if you didnt remove the pill (for stage 2) because target boost would never be hit...unless I missed something?

I'm still waiting for Cobb to do HKS Suction Reloaded. It's been sitting in my garage for as long as half the car's life. I'm sure there are some JDM freaks here running that intake waiting for a map to be released for it.

Well I installed my AP from Perrin this week with the custom Stage 1 93 octane Perrin map, I also bought the panel filter. This is installed on an 08 X MR. The install couldn't have been easier, total of 10 - 15 minutes to install the AP and filter. Those are my only mods. First run with no launch was a 2.4 second 0 - 60' time with a 0-60 time of 5.4. I played a bit more with it today and got a 0-60' time of 3.0 seconds and a 0-60 time of 4.9 seconds with a slight launch around 3k, I also got the slow down message. Also it read 315 hp and 340 tq. Does anybody know if the AP displays/estimates wheel or crank hp? I really don't understand why my 60 foot time increased and my 0-60 time decreased. But what do I know? I also reached a peak boost of 24psi in 3rd. Thanks to Chris for all the help. This is a great product, just got to watch out for my clutch.

I have a K&N Drop-in just wasting space right now and I would love to use it again. Can anybody confirm if we can use the K&N Drop-in with the HKS maps? Cobb, are you working on a K&N Drop-in map?

I just bought the Perrin Panel Filter... it should arrive in a couple of days. I gather you didn't have any fitment problems like what others claimed on previous threads? Can't wait, I read from another forum that it added an average of 10whp & 13wtq on 3 dyno pulls over stock air filter.

K&N is the most readily available and most popular brand since it is pretty much available everywhere...not too sure why this hasnt been released yet..im taking a stab in the dark to assume that maybe there is some kind of business politics involved..who knows though
