The stock flash would be terrible for 25psi. It pulls timing and floods the engine with fuel. I wouldn't run more than stock boost until I got a different tune on that thing.

it shouldn't be at 25psi, I don't even have a MBC on it.

I would try to locate the stock rom and compare the two. also check to see if there is a MBC somewhere hidden. As for the rev limit, you might want to check your lower clutch switch. See if it was unplugged or adjusted improperly.

You should actually start your own thread for this, as it is OT to mivec tuning, really. Hope I could help.

what about MIVEC if your using meth injection. should you just leave the MIVEC alone if switching from PUmp to racegas?

Just read through the whole thread & see a few say that anything over 28.8 is going to just read 28.8 & some say you can go up to 30.0 max. My question is this - Under MIVEC Intake Advance Max it shows 28.8 if I change that to a different number will that has any affect at all? Could this be some kind of a limiter for MIVEC?

It is a software limiter, but there is a hardware limit of 28.8 deg. If you set the software limit to 30 deg, MIVEC will still not exceed 28.8 deg.

I doubt they will be any different than the race gas maps.

+1. High load tunes for a particular turbo should all have similar MIVEC maps.

you say High load, what about low loads?
and I cant really see meth/water MIVEC being same as race gas MIVEC since there is huge temperature difference between the two, combustion rate and properties post combustion.
intuition tells me that both cant be the same, but as we all know intuition is not always right.
