Evo IX 2-byte Load & Lean Spool for Dummies
FOR VERSION 8 ROMs (Evo VIII), refer to the following how-to:

************************************************** *****
after doing extensive searching, I can't find any information that will help me to setup 2 byte load and lean spool for my Evo8 with ROM id - 96530006.
Will the above procedure which is intened for an Evo with Rom ID 94170008 ROM work on my Evo 8 Rom - 96530006?
Any help greatly appreciated, thx.
ok I just added 2byte load and leanspool start/stop rpm... My current value for start rpm = 3250
stop rpm = 1250
from what I have read I need to change start to 2500
and stop rpm to 7000?
also I have start and stop, but I dont have enable and disable, are these required or is the start/stop and updated version of enable/disable?
I also have lean spool load threashold/leanspooltrailingtime(rich side)/ (lean side)/ min. temp. 4 lean spool/ lean spool enable load hysterisis/ lean spool afr mapping/ lean spool afr below enable/ lean spool clip value...

I have read the entire thread, and from what I understand, I have my definitions in my .xml (88590015) to read actual rpm? And I need to edit them to read 2500 for start, and 7700 for stop. As my tune is set up for enable 2500 disable 7700 also my boost enhancement (antilag) start/stop read 2500/3541... Do I edit these values?

actually, In my newbness, I believe there are 2 ways to accomplish this.
1. Is to have the definition for "2 ByteLoad" in ur .xml file for ecuflash "15" mine is 88590015
2. The other way is to add the 3D MUT table to ur .xml file for ecuflash "15", and make sure the ID"s are matched up. 2ByteLoad is 00, and 01 on the 3D MUT table and the address is 6B42, 6B43. So in the 3D MUT table @ 0,0 u would put in 6B42, and @ 01 u would put 6B43. Save, flash to ur car and u can now log "2 byteload".
