Let's see your fully tuned timing maps
Max load of 295 isn't far off 26psi. I can't find the thread but there is one where a well known tuner had a freak car that took ridiculous timing. It had a mechanical fault. I think it ended up something to do with the cam timing being well off.
You'll easily better the FQ400 with the green, especially with a 9.
And that jerk at WOT is probably spark blow out. Try copper plugs, NGK BR7ES with a 0.6mm gap.

Do NOT use those plugs as they do not have a long enough reach use stock ILFR7H NGK's gapped down to prevent blowout. I'm at 22 right now as my car would blow out at higher RPM and peak boost with stock gaps. Denso IKH24 1 heat range colder and IKH22 is stock heat range plug.

I have read this whole thread and have a question.
how come you guys dont rescale the load, starting at like 30 or 40 as it seems all the numbers 0-30 are the same.
also on rpm, why not drop the 500 and 11000 ands rescale?
my understanding is the ecu will use the last column or row if it goes off the table, is this correct?
I am building a map now and my idle is set at 1000 rpm so I dropped the 750 and 500 and the 11000 to get more res in the 2500 to 4000
and took out the 0-30 columns to get more res in the 260-320 loads.
will I run into issues on this?
Current mods are 272 cams (cossie), FPgreen, tbe, ams cooler, hardpipes running E50 (South african blend)

I agree with you here, the only issue I have with it is you don't really know what else you are effecting when you change that scaling. I have succefully changed the load columns without any other issues coming up. However when I change the RPM scalings it seems to make my car, and others cars act "funny" in other areas.
For example, when I made the change in the RPM area my idle was all weird for a while, then my cold startup timing was off. Other tables that depend on those same values are now thrown off. Problems is we do not know EVERY single table and how it effects the ECU when you make those changes. I experienced weird problems so I went back to normal and everything went away.
The main point is that not EVERY single table is known in these cars yet and if you change that value what else are you changing.
However, I have successfully changed the last RPM point (11000) to a REV limit (8500 or whatever you rev to), and that seems to not have done anything.
Just my take on it, you do what you want, just thought I would share my experience, and possibly why others or tuners have not adopted this method.

I never change any scaling between 0-60 load since thats the majority of cruising and it may affect other tables we aren't aware of (and some that we ARE aware of). I generally never change RPM scaling between 0-3500 RPM for the same reason too.

what about things like your baseline WGDC? can you rescale these for better res at the area's needed or are you into the same problem as above?
