PATCH: KNOCKCEL+NLTS+AltMap (V4)
Cheers tephra, sorry would have replied earlier, but haven't had any email notifications for some reason
Anyway seems things are moving on at a very quick pace.
I think I need to go back and readup some more now
last question, should I make it either ADC0F OR AutoICS enablement of the altmaps?
Ie you can use both methods to enable/disable? you must choose one when your setting up your ROM?
Just makes the code a bit easier
edit - yeah I think I will do this, then I can use the "Enable AltMaps flag" as follows:
0 = no altmaps
1 = altmaps by autoics button
2 = altmaps by adc0f
of course for evo's that don't have ICS they will only be able to choose 0 or 2.
ok?

hehe - its basically finished now.
Just one last question for ppl here.
Does anyone think it would be a good idea to have a "knock threshold" for altmaps?
Ie if the ECU sees more than xxx knock (say 12) then it will automatically revert to standard maps?
Cheers

Could that be adjustable in the rom, so you could set it yourself to a lower knock count etc ?

Yeah if I did it then it would of course be user selectable!
I am just trying to reduce the amount of "automatic logic" surrounding the AltMaps, I want the user to know what is happening at all times.
Maybe I will leave that feature for now, just get everyone's feedback first

okey dokey V5 is now officially in the "wild"
I have 2-3 people testing various rom's once they report back that everything works correctly I will start doing some other ROMID's - of which 88590015 will be the first
