Last photos show SAS valve (with hose attached BTW) bolted near USDM Evo 8 engine head exhaust manifold you can see in photos also fits perfectly, SAS piping connects without any mods. Plug and play

Edited: all SOLD to US

installed like a charm...now to see if I can get it to work.
One thing I found.
stock usdm intake does not fit with aftermarket upper ic pipe with sas outlet (trust one in particular)

the same size bolt that attaches to the pipe and valve fits into the bracket that holds the valve to the engine...

9 piping is different than the 7.

looks like the original posts piping would fit on the 9. except the valve is different...if anyone was curious.

if anyone wants to see pics...ill post them up of the install...turned out nice.

for homolgation reasons for FIA rally...SAS or (anti lag) is installed from evo 4 onwards.

the piping and all of that is for factory anti lag...(which will be mild in comparison to full fletched ALS systems)

basically
keeps the turbo spooled when letting off the throttle.

retarding the ignition+a secondary source of air will cause ignition in the exhaust manifold...keeping the turbo spooling even when off the gas...

hopefully it works...finding out tomorrow for sure...

Everybody!!!

OK, I am proud to announce...after much work and searching...and work and research...

the thing works...

and the best part...works on stock usdm ECU.

I am still shocked.
Barry C...if you read this...
is correct. moved wire 41 to pin 4 or (5) forget...
tapped into said wire

and BAM
tunable by the ECU...

really unbelievable
