I dont know what you are looking for...did you install the SAS equipment? or did your car come with it?

if you installed it...you have to write your own ALS routine.
If you have it on your car...already...then I would suppose ECU flash would be your best friend.

^ He found what he was looking for in the the code thread.

Anyways, nice chit chatting via PM, Maikumaru. It's quite ironic that UK owners on www.lancerregister.com/ (another good source to get the hardware) freely remove the entire SAS system and throw it away. If only they knew of the ALS tables

Yea man for shizzle silex…send the pics!

I need to get a mini battery thing going on…upper IC pipe is now rubbing…lol

I will play with it more…if legitimate antilag can be flashed in then yea it is a waste. Should be fun figuring it out.

I know you were at MOD last year (black evo right)…if you are up this way (south OC), feel free to come by and hit me up.

Well really Grayw, Cossie, youngsyr, barryc seem to be really smart guys with this stuff…really they were the guys who at least showed the path lol.

So it does work? turbo stays spooled?

I don't want to give up ecu controlled boost. Looks like I'll have to figure out another way to actuate that valve.

you dont have to give up ECU controlled boost.

if you have the sensor
run wire directly to the ecu
just need to pin it to the SAS pin on the ECU.
ground the other wire...(I used injecter female end)

I have relatives in town that live in London and they are going back in a week and coming back in a month. They are willing to help me acquire the parts. I need and exact parts list and possibly someone I can contact to arrange shipping to my relatives and they will bring it back. Or point me in the right direction

hahaha!!! ^ awesome

ok well it might be tricky
you drive a 9

so you need evo 9!! pipe and valve.

it is different from the others. It will not mount right if you dont have it. It will still work...but if you look at the pics from earlier...it is not good.

2 banjo bolts (could be fabricated)
SAS sensor (critical...or finding a sensor/valve that works the same)
resevoir tank (optional)

if you get those parts you can make it happen.

helpful part would be stock upper IC pipe

hit up mitsubishi lancer register...someone might have some around.
Cossie1
youngsyr

these guys helped me as best as possible...they might have friends.

you can always use ebay uk...they might have some parts as well.

you dont need hose from upper IC to valve...heater hose from your local autoparts store will do it.

the parts are there...just have to search.

I thought you said posted earlier that the ALS hardware could only be used if you use your oem BCS? You mentioned that not event the 3-port would work I believe or that you would need an MBC since an EBC won't work either?

no no...sorry for the mis information.
That is the route I chose.
Since I am using MBC, my wastegate solenoid is not being used (obviously)

so I just teed into the tourquoise wire (41)

I am a firm believer now, that you could run a wire from wherever the SAS sensor is mounted directly to the SAS pin in the cabin...

that in essence is what I did...

I want my wastegate solenoid to work...so I will be doing an extra wire in the near future.

in the ALS thread, there was mention that the EGR line is shared with the stock SAS pin on the ECU.

that might be a route to take, but it would require some reconfiguration to pass emissions.

I'll try some of our UK brethren. I'd rather deal someone from this site....lancer reigstry is last resort. Thanks guys so it looks like i need:

Complete set up from a 9 which should consist of:
pipe and valve
2 banjo bolts
SAS sensor
resevoir tank

Optional to make life easier:
stock upper IC pipe
hose from upper IC to valve or heater hose from your local autoparts store

I'll try Cossie.

After you acquired these parts and put them on what part of the EVO IX ecu did you have to alter (I swear I need to read this thread again because I think you said you put it on and it worked with having to flash anything).
