agron25 use the dowloaded prepatch rom for your rom ID ( 96530006-v5 mods.bin) and copy over all your info from your old rom ie fuel, timing, boost, scaling, IMMOBILIZER etc

looks like you used your old rom with the xml updated

2 simple questions for you guys:
1) Can I really use 94170014 rom instead of mine 94170008 rom?
2) In the txt it's written:
Remove your current "Boost Desired Engine Load" #2 and #3, only #1 matters anymore
Q: Should I remove #4 as well ?

Thank's for the info... I hope my ECU will not burn after I reflash 0014 instead of 0008

More people than I can even count run 94170014 and 94170015 instead of the 008. My car originally came with the 008. Guess who installed my 94170014? The Mitsubishi dealership, because its a factory upgrade to solve certain CEL issues for P0300. 015 is supposed to be the same but with some VERY subtle tweaks as well.

If there is a fire, its surely not because of your ROM ID swap, lol.

So now getting back into the ECU thing again since the spring is near I have a few questions.

Ive done all of the .xml requirements and the new maps show up on my old .bin file, will I still have to transfer all of my old maps to the new one that I downloaded?

Sorry if this was asked already but didn't see it mentioned.
