**Need Help setting up V7???** Here is your answer
Yup, if you pump the gas a little can you get it to stay running? Did you change the immobilizer to match your car? or try disabling it through periphery just to see if that's it. Make sure to copy over ISCV tables from your original rom.
No, if i pump the gas it still dies just as fast. sorry for being such a newb I’m trying to teach myself all of this. How do i copy over the ISCV tables from the factory rom?HoW do i change the immobilizer to match my car? Im going to mess aoround with it after work to see if i have something on i shouldnt have. Thanks the help
I'm going to need to know the answer to this pretty soon, since I'm going to be getting gear based going as well...and I've got a totally different transmission than you guys, so if someone chimes in, can you also say how that actually works? Is the value in the table the middle of the RPM range? the top/bottom?

So for instance, if you are driving at 4000 rpm and 65 mph in 4th gear your ratio would be
4000\65= 61.54.
You just have to log for each gear and you will have your ratio.
Here's what i found. Rpm\mph is always the same in the same gear it is simply the rpm at a given time divided by the mph at the same time.

*that's why they call them GEAR RATIO's*
[QUOTE=HornstarBU;9616208]I use the most recent beta version of ecuflash so I can do stand alone sd card logging, but I don't suggest you do that. The reason I mention it is that is has "compare roms", does the version you have do that as well? If so, open your rom and the 9417 rom you want, and compare the 2 copying things over as necessary. As far as maps, just look at comparable load columns and rpm and fill in the data to match, use H and V to interpolate between when you don't have the exact value.
Alright i got mostly everything switched over.. well of it and it started up and took it for a test drive and drove normal.. but when i logged with evoscan everything is messed up.. like load, TPS ect.. need heeeelp!

Need Help!!!
I am hoping this is the correct spot for this, but here it goes.
I finally got the xml information loaded to the metadata folder for the evo section. When I open the ROM in ECUFlash it will allow me to look at everything except the TephraMod section. If I try to scroll down to look at the bottom protion of the options it will close ECUFlash all together; however, if I minimize TephraMods or use look at my current rom without TephraMods I have zero issues and can look at everything.
I hope this makes sense and can get this figured out.
Thanks for any help.

Another thing is, if it closes instantly, make the window (ecuflash) smaller, and then open the file, so only 1 item is showing on the left side.
