what smoothing are you referring to? i usually use VDR smoothing 5. my typical afr plots look like this tho:

how are you logging afr? it might be that im through serial cable not ecu so its much faster. for some reason my ecu logging of the wideband worked on my lc1 that wasnt reading right and once i got my uego that works perfectly, ecu logging stopped lol.

I'm using rear o2 input. There's a check box for smoothing afr boost in vd .

i have no additional smoothing turned on. id chalk it up to serial vs ADC input logging then.

holy large picture. looks like it spooled slow?

but you kinda just made my reasoning that the turbo couldnt produce problem causing torque (400 ft/lbs plus) false lol.

Does 1* make a big difference in spool?

Been reviewing logs , I don't see a noticeable decrease in boost per rpm. I think, my wga, is a touch low on the adjusting. My 18 psi wga will be here Friday. I will tune some more for spool once I get that actuator. Still suspect the rfl too

im not sure how much of a change 1* would make, worth a shot to play with tho.

something is definitely up tho, and i would probably suspect the RFL too. in the last graph you posted, you hit full boost (looks like 26psi) at 3400 just like my stock turbo, and now that graph is 600 rpm later. still made a pretty nice curve tho!

looks pretty good to me.. lean it out more.. it will make more HP easily with leaner afr. a good 30hp more.

also that dent is nothing.. wouldn't worry about it. i see you haven't though, since you installed it.

i had fmic's with much worse before.

Thanks for the thoughts . Have a used greddy type s I think, purple nipples for top and bottom port and spring adjusting . Got it free needs a tap and die lovin.. gonna put that on soon..

I don't think the rfl is doing too bad... The dip disappeared in my afr with higher boost or the bov change from Modded stocker vs rfl .. might be a non linearity in ve ?

Nice numbers, for sure. But, I have a questions. Are you using the same stretch of road when reporting your numbers?
