I'm very excited to get a IX!!!!

Who'd have thought we'd see these kind of numbers w/ just some exhaust mods and a flash????

The same week I pick mine up I'm going to buy a 3" DP, HFC, and I'm going to have my friend mandrel bend me a 3" exhaust w/ V-clamps

There are a lot of people saying one flash is better than another....but how many people have tuned using a stand alone w/ these mods???

And the guy at Forge is also saying that the stock DV can only handle 22-23 psi of boost safely......so does that mean with the above mods and an intake that I will need an upgraded DV???? Or are all you guys on the stock one???

Notice any leak or inability to hold boost at WOT???

Sorry for all the questions guys

You shouldnt need a bov, the guy from Forge is just trying to sell one. You shouldnt an intake either or a MBC or an upgraded fuel pump. I'm using stock boost control, stock intake, stock bov, etc.

Great Info, can't wait to see you.

Hey AL, would a Buschur Intake be worth while or shoud we just stick with the stick intake?

Speed Element - good results. Its crazy to see how most IX's gain ~70ft/lbs or WHP from minmal mods and a good tune.

Who has the best safe afr tuner on a mustang dyno in northern cali???

Is the Gruppe-S tuner any good???

I'm looking for someone that realizes that peak numbers dont mean diddly **** and I just want to tune for fatty torque and a nice powerband while still remaining streetably safe AFR's.

I would stay away from Gruppe-s as my friend has had nothing but problems with their install work and tuning on his evo. I would recommend EIP in san jose or SpeedElement in fremont. Or if you want to spend a few hundred more you can get a tune from Shiv@Vishnu. I would only consider these three options in northern california. I'm still trying to decide which one I'm going to go with.

Go with the tuner who offers 'Ecuflash'. No need to spend $$$ for the Ecutek. Just my .02.

If anyone is familiar with Honda's I have Hondata S200 in my ITR is there something similar for the evo????

Just plug a lap top into the obd plug and be able to tune the car on a dyno???

I want to be able to do AFR tuning at every RPM

I also want to be able to street tune it and monitor it in different street weather conditions..

I think the ECUTEK and ECUflash stuff works like that, but there are licenses and such to deal with......and I think they're going to cost you a lot more than the S200 did too.
