Boost taper is a ****!!!!
Ditch the MBC and learn how to control boost with the ECU. You can virtually eliminate boost taper that way. Tuners in Norcal are doing wonders with ECU boost control. I do not know why Socal tuners have not adopted this method yet.

Yours did very well, Manny; But you also had 2 very good friends and experienced tuners work on your set-up to make sure the results were nothing but the best, .
Not everyone has this type of support, that is why the correct parts and tune must be used, or the numbers will never be there, on any type of fuel.

I live in California....open intake equals an almost automatic SMOG ticket/visit to the ref and going back to stock in the process...my engine bay, other than the BOV, looks stock and a fix it ticket for an exhaust is easier to fix than having to go back to stock on it all...something else has to give....maybe an 18lbs waste gate actuator...anybosy have boost logs with the 18lbs wastegate @ 30+ pounds?

From what I understand, I hear it is a solid 50WHP with proper tuning and supporting mods over the OEM turbo. It has run 10's as well and has stock like spoolup.
