I'm not in the market for one so I don't really feel like searching, but how available are Red's these days? Are there still long wait periods no matter where you try to get one?

I think it is worth it to wait for some of the dealers to get one or two in stock and ****** them up. I know Al from Dynoflash has gotten them fairly regularly in the last few weeks, but I don't know if that just happens to be how it happened or an ongoing thing.

let me ask you this guys, my red is in the mail and will be here tuesday, i am doing 880's, and there breaded line kit, I have all the bolt ons, TBE, FMIC, LICP, 02 housing, boost controller, AEM wideband, my question is do i really need to do head studs, I dont plan in running major boost, and i only run on 93. everyone seems to have mixed thoughts, i just want to try to avoid problems down the road, and from what i hear doing head studs one by one is not a good idea.
any advise

Yes, It is a good idea to get head studs. Both High boost and knock can cause your head to raise. You can knock pretty easy on 93 on low boost aswell as someone on high boost with meth. All it really takes is a bad tank of gas and a STI pulling up beside you. I also know a lot of people that have changed head studs one at a time and never had any problems. I myself am one of them. Head studs are not an expensive mod and in the long run can safe you lots of time and money. +1 I say get them. In the end it's your choice and you are the one that's going to have to decide! Good luck
