Some questions

My current setup:

Injen Intercooler Pipes
Stock Intercooler
Stock turbo 9
Turbo Back Exhaust - Greddy with a cat
K&N Intake

Goal is 400hp on E85.

1) can I get this reliably/safely with a stock intercooler?
2) I am planning on converting to SD and Tephra Tune - so that is a done deal
3) I take it a ported 02 housing is necessary?
4) I have a test pipe or I'm going to have a muffler replacing the cat (more quiet) and more horsepower. so that is a done deal

5) do I need a fuel pump? Might as well go with the big one Walbro E85 400 if needed
6) do I need injectors? If so I might as well upgrade once for the future 600-700hp for long term future

Goal is *reliable* 400hp on E85, or E70 (safer in case a bad tank of gas) and little to zero knock, but I guess with Tephra mods I can tune for E85 and cut boost if knock or AFR comes up.

thanks,

-Matt

Sounds about right. Although with the big jump in numbers everyone sees from going from HKS 272 to GSC S3, plus a 2.3 motor and port work all around, I would hope to see closer to 600. I'm thinking of going to 1200cc injectors

is urs a mivec? if so i would recomend gsc s2 (my opinion). that cam is more than enough for the red. and spend the extra dough and get the mother fludpukin ID or FIC 2000cc. i F'ed up and got the 1000cc but the tuner told me they can be made to flow 1400-1500cc with the right fuel pressure. on e85 u will do more then 550 dyno jet (my guess). and e85 ur injectors will need to be alot bigger.

Non mivec.

I made 460/430tq on dyno jet with

Stock ECU/MAF
Stock throttle body/IM
2.0
HKS 272
FIC 1050cc
Forge DV
BR deluxe FMIC
BR IC pipes
3" down pipe to cut out
HKS RS intake
Double pumper
64mm FP red
E85 @ 34psi

Tuner said there was still room on the injectors
