from what i gather im looking around $2000 for the parts (internals, gaskets, studs) then just install then just r&r.... re using all acc. and oil pan from the 4g63...

w/ the current fp red setup i will probably max out around 5-550 awhp on e85 from what im told

wish will be ok for a little bit to make sure the 2.4's drivability is all good and then probably go to a 37r or something
2k seems rather low. dont forget the special parts you will need to add to get the 2.4 to mate to evo head

Headgasket
Camgears
Timing belt
waterpump adaptor

since your going built motor i hope you get a built head as well to maximize your setup

Id say built 2.4 or a long rod 2.0....just depends on whether you want to make massive torque, or spin it to the moon!

+1, Did not order engine parts, but everything I have ordered from SBR has come very fast and without any hiccups.

Anyway I went with 150mm olivers and wiseco HD pistons with the .2 wall pin, eagle 94mm crank in a 63 block for my new build. I've tried to choose lighter parts where possible without compromising strength. Even these parts while being light are still overkill for the power I'm making.
588g for the R&R in the long rod.

Seems to be a rumor.

We use 4G63 on all the 4G64s we have ever done, modded pump with no spacer, and adjust the eccentric to keep tension. Doesnt stretch the belt and we havent had any failures of belts doing it this way.
